Karen Eggeling is a former executive director of several nonprofit organizations in the USA. Her specialties include, social work, leadership training, team building, adult learning, transition support, disability policy development and disability awareness and services. She has led organizations in Kansas City, Missouri and Tampa Florida. She is certified in leadership training (CFLE) and team building.
Karen is also an internationally recognized keynote speaker and author on these topics. Her work has been translated into several languages and she had received several national awards for her work.
